Package Pricing 2013

Mini Session:  $115.00

• 30 minute session at one of 5 DFW locations
• 12 fully edited, high resolution images emailed to you for downloading.
• Watermarked images placed on a private viewing site for client to share with friends and family.

Full Session:  $220.00

• One hour session
• 20 fully edited, high resolution images emailed to you for downloading.
• Watermarked images placed on a private viewing site for client to share with friends and family.
• If you choose to print through me, you’ll receive a 10% discount off of my printing costs if order is placed within a month of session.

Newborn Sessions: $350.00

• A  three hour session in your home between 1 and 2 weeks of birth.
• 15 fully edited, high resolution images emailed to you for downloading.
• Watermarked images placed on a private viewing site for client to share with friends and family.
• Three 3×3 accordion albums, with leather or fabric covers, with 10 images from your session (photographer’s choice), a perfect gift for grandparents!
• If you choose to print through me, you’ll receive a 10% discount off of my printing costs if order is placed within a month of session.

Engagement Session:  $375.00

• 2 hour session in up to two locations
• 15 fully edited, high resolution images emailed to you for downloading.
• Three 3×3 accordion albums, with leather or fabric covers, with 10 images from your session (photographer’s choice)
• Free 11×14 float wrap image from your session (client’s choice)

First Birthday Package:  $150.00

• One hour session allowing for two outfit changes
• A “smash cake” session at the end (parents provide the cake)
• “1″ prop provided
• 10 fully edited, high resolution images emailed to you for downloading.
• Three 3×3 accordion albums with the images from your session, a perfect gift for grandparents!

Milestone Months Package: $400.00

Purchase this package and receive one mini session around the time of your child’s “milestone” month and save $95.00!

• 30 minute session at 3, 6 and 9 months
• 1 hour session at 1 year
• All the “extras” of the Mini and First Birthday Packages are included!

I will provide the expressed number of images via download as listed in your package description.  However, sometimes, there are just too many awesome images, so I’ll edit a few more.  You will then be able to pick your X number of images for download, while having the option to purchase the additional images as prints if you wish.

Print Pricing:

• 16 x 20                       $45.00
• 11 x 16                        $35.00
• 10 x 13                       $30.00
• 8 x 10                         $25.00
• 5 x 7  & under         $15.00
• Additional 3×3 accordion books can be purchased in sets of three for $60.00
• Additional prints (canvas prints, collages, larger prints, etc) available as well. Please request pricing information.
• Christmas/Announcement Custom Cards – $45.00/25 cards with envelopes.  Please contact me about the designs of custom cards. (Additional discounts offered with specific specials do not apply to custom cards.)

**There is a 50% deposit due at time of booking for all packages, with the balance due at time of services rendered.  If sending deposit and payment via Paypal, please included all Paypal fees.  A fee calculator can be found here.**

For large groups, over 6 people, there is a $10 per person fee added to the session pricing.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time of your session for the editing and processing of your images.  If they are finished sooner, you’ll get them sooner, I promise.

There are a few locations around town that require a permit fee.  The client is responsible for the cost of this fee if they choose the location for the shoot.

Cancellation Policy:

I am a mom before I am a photographer, so I understand that things happen.  I will always do my best to reschedule shoots due to illness/weather.  If, for some reason, I have done everything within my power to reschedule your session and you chose to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.

 

Other legal jargon:

All images are property of Amy Mathews Photography and AMP retains all copyrights per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).  The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purpose, including, but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing.

 

Your license does not included use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale for profits or resale of any nature.  Your purchase of  the original files releases AMP from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases AMP from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image or photograph.

 

You hereby grant to AMP the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use.  AMP agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only.

 

AMP may revoke this license at any time and for any reason.  AMP retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.  By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
